We want everyone to enjoy their purchase! Greasy Reaper is a very small business and many items are printed and fulfilled by a 3rd party. If an item arrives damaged, or you want to exchange it for a different item or size, please email us at greasyreaper@yahoo.com. If the item is no longer available, we will work with you to exchange it for an item of equal value. You will need to pay for shipping to send the original item back to us. Once we receive it, we'll send out your replacement. We do not offer refunds at this time, thank you for your understanding!
